Charles F. Morgan

Charles F. Morgan (Set Designer, Grace and Glorie, Inherit the Wind, Solidarity) returns from the other side of the mountain for his 10th season with the Players. Last season Mr. Morgan designed About Time, Laughing Stock, and The Glass Menagerie. In regional theater, Charlie has designed scenery for over a hundred shows in Chicago, New York, Cleveland, North Carolina, Boston and Virginia. Recently, he designed The Charity That Began at Home for the Mint Theatre in NYC. He came to New Hampshire 15 years ago to do summer stock and never left. He has designed for Merrimack Repertory Theater, American Stage Festival, Lyric Stage, Nora Theatre, Stoneham Theater, Worcester Foothills, Boston Conservatory and Gloucester Stage Company. Some favorite designs include the everlasting Shirley Valentine, Three Hotels, Talley's Folly,The Last Yankee, and Right of Survivorship. Charlie is the senior designer for Mystic Scenic Studios in Dedham, MA. He is responsible for corporate, museum and trade show design for clients including, Boston Museum of Science, Boston Celtics, Semitic Museum at Harvard University, DeCordova Museum, Thermo Electron, Guardent , and Biogen. In the off-season he enjoys colorful productions in the living room by Nora, Catherine and Miles. Thanks to KC for wanting to live in New England.... (2005)
