Players Announce “Four on the Fourth”

Have we got some deals for you? If you are looking for something special to do on the Fourth of July this year why not try the Peterborough Players. There are two shows running on this special day, and both of them have amazing ticket deals.

First is the Second Company production of HANSEL AND GRETEL. The show starts at 10:30am and runs about an hour. It’s a great way to kick off the afternoon with the whole family and tickets are only $4.00. This wonderful re-telling of the classic Fairy Tale is fun for the young and the young at heart.

Then at 8pm, the Players would like to invite you to come see STONES IN HIS POCKETS on the mainstage and the price for tickets is 2 for $40.00, that’s nearly a fifty percent savings on one of the hottest tickets in Peterborough. STONES IN HIS POCKETS tells the story of two out-of-work Irishmen who seek fame and fortune as movie extras when a big-budget Hollywood film is shot in a small village in County Kerry and it has become one of the most popular new comedies to play on both sides of the Atlantic. So, come see Players favorites Jack Koenig and Kraig Swartz as they play all 15 of the characters of this touching tale, setting off theatrical fireworks in the barn.
