Opera at the Players!

The Peterborough Players will be one of the select venues, worldwide, to host The Met: Live in HD opera series. This is a fabulous opportunity for audiences to enjoy seeing the Metropolitan Opera performances at a local venue, simulcast via satellite, live on a large screen in the Players theatre. Opera lovers - and those who may know nothing about opera but are curious to try it - can see the spectacular Metropolitan Opera productions at a fraction of what it would cost to see them in person.

The Met: Live in HD opera series kicks off on Saturday, October 10th at 1 p.m. All nine operas in this series will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoons, from October through May.
