The World Premiere Comedy Solidarity by Gus Kaikkonen is the fourth show on the Peterborough Players’ mainstage and runs August 3-August 14, 2005.

The story revolves around Ted O’Leary, who seems to have it all: a beautiful wife and family, his own consulting firm, an incredible New York apartment, and a little something on the side. But his hold on the good life turns out to be as tenuous as a house of cards.Solidarity is a moving, sometimes biting, always funny portrait of a modern American family that falls apart, picks up the pieces, and puts them back together again.

The cast is made up of Players favorites like Lisa Bostnar, Kraig Swartz, Sevanne Martin, Carmen Decker, and Michael Page, as well as, newcomers Katelyn Manfre, Matt Sarles, Marc LeVasseur and Warren Hammack. The production team is headed by Gus Kaikkonen who is directing his own script, William Armstrong on lights, Henry Shaffer designing costumes, and Charlie Morgan doing the sets.

Performance times for the two-act drama with one intermission are: 8:00 p.m., Tuesday -Saturday; with matinees at 4 p.m. on Sundays.
