Wendy Almeida

(Nurse Guiness, Heartbreak House) Local actress Wendy Almeida has appeared with Actors’ Circle Theatre, Theatre at the Mount, Branch River Theatre, The Hourglass Readers, Small Pond Productions and The Edge Ensemble. Recent roles include Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, Kate in Dancing at Lughnasa and Nancy in Seascape. She received a New Hampshire Theatre Award in 2006 for her performance as Maggie in Jake’s Women. This is Wendy’s second appearance with the Players and she is delighted to be back.
