GRAND HORIZONS

By BESS WOHL

Directed by TOM FREY

July 20-July 30, 2023

Bess Wohl’s Tony Nominated GRAND HORIZONS, a modern boulevard comedy laced with clever truth, examines what happens when we attempt to redefine our relationships, and who has to pick up the pieces. Nancy and Bill have been married 50 years, and they’re starting to wonder about that “til death do we part” thing.  While they face their decision seemingly unfazed, their adult sons do not, descending on their senior living community to fix things, learning a little more about their parent’s love lives than they ever wanted to know. As the family navigates their new reality, each must update their idea of what loving each other looks like.

Both riotously funny and unflinchingly real, GRAND HORIZONS begs the question, could an end be a beautiful beginning?

“…GRAND HORIZONS is a sweet, sweet delight…[It’s] extremely funny, while also asking a few tart questions about comedy itself.” —New York Magazine.
