NOISES OFF

By Michael Frayn

June 19- 30 2024

“Doors and sardines, that’s what it’s all about – getting on -getting off. Getting the sardines on – getting the sardines off. That’s farce. That’s theatre. That’s life.”

Often called the funniest play ever written, “Noises Off” presents a troupe of itinerant actors rehearsing, then performing a third-rate farce called “Nothing On.” Slamming doors, on and off-stage intrigue and errant plates of sardines all combine in the most perfect of all farces.
