Based on a true story, SOUVENIR by playwright Stephen Temperley offers a humorous and poignant look into the world of socialite Florence Foster Jenkins. Jenkins made a name for herself in her attempts to become a famous opera star, despite her...particular skillset. The story is told through the eyes of her accompanist Cosme McMoon as he struggles to understand the baffling phenomenon in front of him, and ultimately comes to admire the unflappable diva.
